Since 1978, Fashion World Ent., Inc,. has been dedicated to manufacturing high-quality hairpieces, hair extensions and wigs that inspire individuals to express their personalities, gain self-confidence and enrich their lives. Family-owned and locally operated in Chicago, Illinois, our reach and impact are always growing through our international network of professional stylists and over 2000 specialty stores and online retailers. For over four decades, Fashion World has focused on continuous improvement and environmental sustainability, making positive changes to our hair creation processes and hoping to inspire others to do the same.

The Fashion World story begins not with striving to be the greatest in the world, but being the greatest for the world. From our very first product to our newest collection, we've combined expertise, environmental responsibility and a desire to create hair for the truly imaginative. In 1980, Unique Wiiv®, now Bohyme®, was introduced as our first official 100% human hair brand, revolutionizing the hair extension market. The exceptional and accessible Onyx™ line has consistently been a first choice for beauty supply stores all over the world. Fashion World completely changed the industry again in 2001 as the first to implement a method for preserving hair cuticles and aligning them in a unidirectional way to create the most natural and healthy hair possible. Today, the term Remi®, or Remy, is one of the top used terms to signify high-grade hair quality.
